At Heritage Forge, every product is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or personal preference.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

- Your order number

- A brief description of the issue

- Clear photos showing the problem

If the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Size & Color

Please review our size charts carefully before placing your order. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size or color selections made at checkout.

Order Cancellations

Orders begin production shortly after they are placed. Because of this, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once production has started.
